Ground staff

Ground staff at airport perform several important duties to ensure The safety and comfort of airline passengers and crew members, includingchecking baggage, stocking aircraft with refreshments, and cleaning theplane and runway between flights.

Job Description
  • The ground staff is responsible for passenger service duties, which include the manning of check-in counters for departing passengers, as well as arrival and departure gates.
  • To ensure passenger comfort, the ground crew is responsible for all cabin services.
  • Passenger service agents are hired by airlines to attend to customers before, after,or between flights.
  • Answering questions and assisting passengers with various needs.
  • Taking reservations.
  • Issuing tickets.
  • Verifying passenger identification & printing boarding passes.
  • Helping travelers to check in their baggage at ticket counters.
  • Ensuring the delivery of baggage.
  • Conducting security screenings of passengers and their baggage may be required as well.
Eligibility criteria-
Male

Perusing Final year/Graduate from recognized university

Height: 170 cm/ 5.5 feet or above

Clear complexion with no prominent visible scars, tattoos, birth marks etc.

Must be between the age group of 18 years to 27 years

(*Criteria may vary as per Airlines)

Female

Perusing Final year/Graduate from recognized university

Height: 157cm/ 5.2 feet or above

Clear complexion with no prominent visible scars, tattoos, birth marks etc.

Must be between the age group of 18 years to 27 years
